PT Tri Tech Creations – Drone Fishing Bali

By booking, paying for, or participating in any service offered by PT Tri Tech Creations ("Drone Fishing Bali"), you accept all terms and conditions listed below. This includes bookings made via website, WhatsApp, email, verbally, or in person. Any form of deposit or agreement is considered a full acceptance of these terms.

1. Scope of Services Drone Fishing Bali provides guided fishing activities using professional fishing drones. Services include:

• Half-day and full-day drone fishing trips

• Optional extras (transport, BBQ, video souvenir, cooler packs)

• Drone demonstrations (when offered under staff supervision)
  
  

2. Booking and Payment Terms

• All payments must be made exclusively to the official bank account of PT Tri Tech Creations. No other individual or entity is authorized to receive payment on behalf of Drone Fishing Bali under any circumstance.

• Should you be asked by anyone claiming to represent PT Tri Tech Creations or Drone Fishing Bali to transfer money to an unauthorized account, you must immediately notify us via email or WhatsApp.

• PT Tri Tech Creations shall not be held liable for any loss or fraud resulting from payments made to unauthorized accounts.

• All bookings must be prepaid or secured via deposit.

• The deposit is 50% of the total amount and should be paid as soon as possible to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 working days before the start of the activity.

• Failure to complete the full payment within this time frame will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with no refund of the deposit.

• The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, except under specific written agreement from Drone Fishing Bali management, at their sole discretion.

• Pricing is fixed at the time of booking confirmation.

• Refunds are not offered for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance.

• Even with more than 48 hours’ notice, Drone Fishing Bali reserves the right to deny a refund request at its discretion. In any approved case where the full amount has already been paid, the maximum refundable amount is limited to 50% of the total paid. If only the 50% deposit was paid, no refund will be issued under any circumstance. In cases of accidental overpayment of the deposit, only the excess amount beyond the standard 50% may be considered for refund at management’s discretion.

3. Drone Handling and Safety

• Clients are strictly prohibited from touching, flying, or handling the drones at any time, whether on the ground or in operation, unless granted explicit written authorization from Drone Fishing Bali management

• If a client handles or flies a drone without written authorization, they accept full liability for any damage, loss, or injury caused and will be liable to pay a fine equivalent to the full replacement cost of the drone and its attached accessories (including payload release, camera system, batteries, and fishing rig), plus any import taxes and any business loss incurred due to the equipment becoming unusable or partially usable

• Clients must keep a minimum distance of 3 meters from the drone at all times, unless instructed otherwise by the operator
  
  

4. Risk Acknowledgment

• All clients agree that by participating, they do so at their own risk

• PT Tri Tech Creations and its brand Drone Fishing Bali shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or incident resulting from interaction with the drone, including cases where the operator is in control

• Clients are encouraged to carry personal travel or activity insurance

• In the event of any incident resulting from client interference with the drone or equipment, PT Tri Tech Creations and its brand Drone Fishing Bali reserves the right to pursue full legal action and compensation for all physical and non-physical damages without limitation
  
  

5. Behavior and Compliance

• Any client acting in a disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful manner may be removed from the activity with no refund

• Clients are expected to follow all instructions from drone operators and staff, insofar as they pertain to safety, proper conduct, and best practices during the activity. Clients retain the right to express discomfort or opt out of any instruction that makes them feel unsafe, provided it does not compromise the safety or flow of the experience.
  

6. Force Majeure
   We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure. In such cases, rescheduling or credit will be offered, but not refunds.
   
   

7. Content Use and Media Rights
   All information, images, or media shared before, during, or after the activity—including those provided to or captured by any operator, representative, partner, or affiliate of PT Tri Tech Creations or its brand Drone Fishing Bali—are considered the irrevocable property of PT Tri Tech Creations. This includes any media voluntarily shared by the customer to any person or entity linked directly or indirectly to Drone Fishing Bali, as well as any content the client has made publicly available on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or others. PT Tri Tech Creations and/or Drone Fishing Bali reserves the right to use such content for any marketing, promotional, or internal purposes.
   

Clients who oppose this must notify us in writing via email prior to any payment (deposit or full). This opposition is only valid if acknowledged and confirmed by a written reply from an official representative of PT Tri Tech Creations. Once payment is made, the clause is deemed accepted and cannot be contested.

8. Limitation of Liability
   Drone Fishing Bali acts as an activity provider and guide. We are not responsible for:

• Consequences resulting from disregard of safety protocols

• Injuries sustained due to environmental conditions or third-party behavior

• Any damages beyond the total amount paid for the activity
  
  

9. False Claims, Online Defamation, and Harassment
   We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or party that:

• Makes false public claims about Drone Fishing Bali

• Posts defamatory or misleading content online

• Harasses staff, partners, or guests in any form, either digitally or in person

11. Termination of Services
    Drone Fishing Bali reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if:

• A client violates safety protocols or staff instructions

• Payment terms are not honored

• Behavior is deemed unethical, abusive, or illegal In such cases, no refund will be issued for services booked or paid.
  
  

12. Final Clause
    These terms apply to all clients, whether bookings are made in writing, verbally, or online. We encourage all guests to review this document before engaging in any activity or confirming payment.
    
    

By proceeding with a booking or attending our activities, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
